My Daybook September 28th

Outside my Window..... it is really cloudy and very cold we will reach only 57 degrees today. I am also watching my dog go nuts over another dog. Elsa really does not like other dogs at her house. It is also raining outside perfect Fall day in Wisconsin.

I am thinking.... How much I need to get done for school this week.

I am thankful... For the Constitution and the right to home school today. My girls are able to take Mondays off of school each week when daddy has off. If in school this could not happen.

From my kitchen.... Well not much going on in that room today we spent the day out as a family. I am however thinking about where we will put our half of cow when we receive it next month. Oh and I need to make our lunch menu, dinner and snack menu for the week.

From the School room...Juliana and Victoria will be working on the letter C this week and be making lots of foods starting with the letter C. We will also be going over Fire safety week in our home with fire drills and escape plans. We will also be doing a Fire safety lap book that we saw over at Jessica's. Thanks for the great idea's Jessica we love your blog. We will do the fire safety week as a family so all the girls will work together on this. Katelin and Grace are in there 3rd week of school now and having a blast time is just going by so fast. Grace finished her first book Charlotte's Web and on to Homer Price, Katelin will finish Swiss Family Robinson this week and Go onto Hedi.

I am creating..... Halloween costumes this week!! I am continuing all my plans for the holidays so I am ready to go and not coming up with things at the last minute.

I am reading... Many books to my children as always I love that I can do this. I am reading a new book called You've Got to Be Kidding! Real-life Parenting Advise from a Mom and Dad of Nineteen. I bought this book from Quiverfull digest

I am going...to finish working on my website. I would also like to get a little more organized this week with my lesson plans I am kind of behind. I am also going to finish putting up my fall/Halloween decor.

I am wearing...Blue pants with a pink merino wool sweater from Ireland pink and white diamond socks. I really need to wear skirts more often then I am lately.

I am hearing...My family playing and eating in the other room we just got home from a day out and we all need to just sit and relax now.

Around the house...it is peaceful as I listen to my kids get ready for the evening.

One of my favorite things...is spending time with my family. I really love when my dh is home If I could have him home everyday I would.

A few plans for this week...
Monday- Take a drive through some really pretty country with my family and stop and get lunch. We might do some shopping also.

Tuesday- I hope to have a good start to the week as we. We will also learn about Michaelmas.
Wednesday- Feast of St. Jerome and we will also remember Michael, Gabriel and Raphael Angels—messengers from God.
Thursday- Feast of St. Therese (It is also celebrated on Oct 3rd on the Traditional Calendar. We will have a great day with lot of plans thanks to Jessica over at Jessica's.

Friday- We will go out for Fish Fry now that fall has hit. I think of this as a fall and winter tradition.
A pitcure to share....
Is up at the top of the page:)

My Daybook******September 22nd

My Daybook September 22, 2009

Outside my window... It looks like a fall day today. It is raining outside so are little ones will have to run in circles around me this afternoon. I am looking at all the hard work my hubby and I did this weekend in the yard. We cut back all are plants and flowers and pulled way to many weeds. We put some pumpkins and hay outside our house and started to decorate for fall.

I am thinking... about how many papers I have to grade. How I love being a mom and hope the Lord blesses us with more children. I am thinking about how I am now 32 and I feel 22 where did the years go.

I am Thankful... For my mom for today is her birthday! Happy 60th birthday mom!

From the kitchen... I am making Breakfast for dinner my children are so happy. We will have Oatmeal pancakes with blueberries and strawberries. Oh my children also asked for sausage and whip cream plus syrup. My children are in heaven.

From the school room.. This week we will be going over the Fall in the Garden with the girls in Bible and History class. Mommy has been a little under the weather these past 2 weeks so we are taking things slow. Victoria and Juliana are going down the Alphabet path and are on letter B ( Bees and birds seem to be the topic this week). We have bees everywhere on both sides of the house so this was perfect.

I am wearing...a grey pair of Capri's and a green top. My girls are asking me why I am not in a skirt.

I am creating...a new website for our family business. I am also working on all my ideas for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I am reading...Be fruitful & Multiply by Nancy Campbell. I am also reading many books to my children Everyday we read Proverbs so we will cover Proverbs 21- 27 this week. This week we will finish are bee month so lots of Apple and Bee books in the next couple of days.

I am going...to stop thinking about when we will be blessed with another baby and leave it up to God like I should. As a family we are going Apple picking I will post more on that later.

I am hoping...to put out my fall decorations today here is are first piece it sits on are dining room table as seen above.

I am hearing...my little ones playing outside and feeling so blessed to have the room outside for my children to run and play.

Around the house...it is feeling like fall more and more each day.

One of my favorite things...applesauce in the fall and watching my husband do all the canning. He loves to do it and we love to eat it. We will make enough applesauce and apple pie filling for the whole year.

A few plans for the rest of the week... it should be a relaxing week.
  • Monday- We will be going apple picking at Maple Hill Orchard.
  • Tuesday- My moms 60th Birthday
  • Wednesday- Victoria Juliana and I will work on blueberry desserts for the finish of blueberry week.
  • Thursday- Just a normal day at home
  • Friday - Field trip to a friends farm for music and fun. Oh we will also be making apple cider.
  • Saturday- I had to add we will be going to the cranfest this year I can't wait.

I shared a picture at the top since I can not figure yet hoe to post them at the bottom:).

I recived this Today....

I Got this from a friend in are home school group and I wanted to share.

Too Busy?

Satan called a worldwide convention of demons. In his opening address he said:

"We can't keep Christians from going to church. We can't keep them from reading their Bibles and knowing the truth. We can't even keep them from forming an intimate relationship with their SAVIOR. Once they gain that connection with JESUS, our power over them is broken. So let them go to their churches; let them have their covered dish dinners. BUT, steal their time, so they don't have time to develop a relationship with JESUS CHRIST.""This is what I want you to do," said the devil: "Distract them from gaining hold of their SAVIOR and maintaining that vital connection throughout their day!"
"How shall we do this?" his demons shouted."Keep them busy in the non-essentials of life and invent innumerable schemes to occupy their minds," he answered. Tempt them to spend, spend, spend, and borrow, borrow, borrow.""Persuade the wives to go to work for long hours and the husbands to work 6-7 days each week, 10-12 hours a day, so they can afford their empty lifestyles. Keep them from spending time with their children. As their families fragment, soon, their homes will offer no escape from the pressures of work!""Over-stimulate their minds so that they cannot hear that still, small voice. Entice them to play the radio or I-Pod whenever they drive. Keep the TV, DVDs, CDs and their PCs going constantly in their home and see to it that every store and restaurant in the world plays raucous non-biblical music constantly. This will jam their minds and break that union with CHRIST.""Fill the coffee tables with magazines and newspapers. Pound their minds with the news 24 hours a day. Invade their driving moments with billboards. Flood their mailboxes with junk mail, mail order catalogs, sweepstakes, and every kind of newsletter and promotional offering free products, services and false hopes.""Keep skinny, beautiful models on the magazines and TV so their husbands will believe that outward beauty is what's important, and they'll become dissatisfied with their wives. Keep the wives too tired to love their husbands at night. Give them headaches too! If they don't give their husbands the love they need, they will begin to look elsewhere to satisfy their needs. That will fragment their families quickly!""Give them Santa Claus to distract them from teaching their children the Real meaning of Christmas. Give them an Easter bunny so they won't talk about HIS resurrection and power over sin and death.""Even in their recreation, let them be excessive. Have them return from their recreation exhausted. Keep them too busy to go out in nature and reflect on GOD'S creation. Send them to amusement parks, sporting events, plays, concerts, and movies Instead.""Keep them busy, busy, busy!""And when they do meet for spiritual fellowship, involve them in gossip and small talk so that they leave with troubled consciences.""Crowd their lives with so many good causes they have no time to seek fellowship with and power from JESUS. Soon they will be working in their own strength, sacrificing their health and family 'for the good of the cause'.""It will work! It will work!" they all shouted! Indeed, it was quite a plan! The demons went eagerly to their assignments causing Christians everywhere To get busier and more rushed, going here and there; having little time for their GOD or their families; having no time to tell others about the power of JESUS to change lives.I guess the big question is, has the devil been successful in these schemes? You be the judge!!!!!Does "BUSY" mean: B-eing U-nder S-atan's Y-oke?

By Joanna Fuchs

Welcome to my Blog for Mothers and Mothers to Be

I wanted to let you know a little about my blog and who I am.
I am a Mother Created by God.

I am Pamela Wife and helpmeet to my Dearhusband for 12 years now. A mother and Teacher to
6 wonderful little girls ages 10, 8, 6, 3, 2 and 8 months. I created this Blog with you in mind MOTHERS.
All mothers young and Seasoned, mothers to be, Prayerful mommies waiting to be called mothers, and mothers of children in Heaven.
This is your stop to just hang back and relax.

I will have things for sale on my site that might help you along the way please take advantage of these items. It is not way I created this Blog. I want to be able to help other Women out there on there journey of Motherhood. These items are things that I belive in and wanted to pass along to my friends and family.

My husband was really tired of always buying expensive Ovulation tests and HCG Tests so we decided to find a great company where we could buy are tests for much less. I wanted to pass this along to all of you as well this was a great savings for are family.

I will always have Ovulation Tests, and Hcg Urine Tests available for you at a price WE can afford.

The Main reason really why I started this blog is because I wanted to let family and friends know what is going on in are life from day to day.
You see as a Women in 2009 you are going down a road not traveled on very much I find this just a sham . The Lord has said this is are calling as Wives to be Fruitful & Multiply I take this very seriously.

So welcome to My blog I hope you will find your stay here relaxing and helpful.

I will leave you with this verse From Genesis 1:28 "God said unto them, Be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth." This is a really big Task that God has given to Husbands and wives. We cannot accomplish this task alone we must have faith. We must walk by faith and walk with the Lord and understand he is always right even when we hate the outcome. We do this together as husband and wife and with the Lords blessing
