Gluten Free/Organic Meal Plans for Large Families:: Week 1

Each Tuesday I will be sharing our family meal plan for the up coming week. I have gone so long without a list or even a menu for my family, I don't advise that at all. Coming home after spending 100's of dollars and wondering what's for dinners. Then you figure out what you want to make and your missing something, then your off the store again.  

We try to eat really 100% gluten free, and organic. We eat about 50-60% Raw most of the time, and I am telling you there is a big difference in how you will look and feel.

My husband has a birthday on Thursday and I will be making him Lemon Icebox Cake, I can't wait

Week 1

Friday-  Juliana's Birthday
Breakfast -  Gluten Free Crepes with Strawberries and Whip Cream
Lunch -  Chicken Salad Sandwich made with Gluten Free Bread
Dinner - Homemade Gluten Free Pizza
Snack - Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free “Hostess” Cupcakes

Saturday- Grandma is coming over
Breakfast - Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Pancake Mix with bacon, Homemade applesauce for the topping we like to make a raw applesauce for our kids.Applesauce Raw
Lunch - Assortment of veggies
Dinner - Ham, Sweet Potatoes, Cranberry Sauce, and a nice Salad
Snack  - Frozen Grapes

Breakfast Carrot Gingerbread muffins (Paleo Book)
Dinner -Vege Gluten Free Tamales you could also make the filling all raw veges with dressing. 
Snack - Salsa and Chips

Breakfast - Oatmeal, with Bananas
Lunch - Tomatoes Salad
Dinner - Chicken Broccoli Cheese Casserole
Snack - Raw Revolution Organic Live Food Bars

Breakfast - Raw Smo0thies
Lunch - Curried Sweet Potato Fries and Organic Hot Dogs
Dinner - Raw Food Deep Dish Lasagna and a small dish of cooked.
Snack -  Organic Popcorn ( we do all kinds of Popcorn flavors, Dairy-Free Spiced Cheesy Popcorn , you can sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top, or pop the popcorn bacon grease).

Breakfast - German Apple & Cranberry Puff Pancake
Lunch - Variety of chips and dips
Dinner - BROCCOLI-QUINOA CASSEROLE ( I add Ground Beef,and Swiss Cheese)
Snack -  Apple Butter on Rice Cakes, here is a link for homemade Pumpkin-Apple Butter

Breakfast - Sausage and Egg Omelette's, with Oranges
Lunch - Smoothies
Dinner - Macaroni and Cheese
Snack - Natural Peanut Butter on Celery
